  1. First peeled the potatoes n boiled them. Drain the water n mashed them .
  2. I a bowl mix mashed potato ,1 tsp salt ,1/2 tsp black pepper crushed,1/2 tsp all spice powder ,1 tsp roasted n crushed cumin ,1 tsp ginger garlic paste ,chopped corainder n green Chillies ,flour,crumbled cottage cheese n egg. Mix well .
  3. Now make small balls shape . Coat in dry flour . Deep fry in hot oil .
  4. For Gravy : Heat oil 1/4 cup .add finely chopped onion 2 cup .fry till light golden .
  5. Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste ,1 tsp salt ,1 tsp red chilli powder ,1/2 tsp all spice powder ,1 tsp roasted n crushed cumin . Stir fry for 1 minute.
  6. Now add tomato purée 1/2 cup n 1 cup water . Cover n cook on low flame till oil comes on top.
  7. Add boiled peas n stir fry . At last add 1/2 cup cream n fry balls .cook for 1 minute . Garnish with corainder leaves n serve .
  8. Serve with boiled rice or chapatti .
