Mince Paratha is traditional street food dish of Pakistan .Mince Paratha With spicy mince filling layer inside dough and shallow fry till crispy.
Mince Paratha Is serve as a main dish .Mince Paratha Is served with garlic Mint yogurt dip.

  1. Method for mince: Heat oil add chopped onion, fry till light golden, add mince, with ginger garlic paste .stir fry for few seconds . Now add all the seasonings, tomato paste, cover and cook till mince tender. Add little water if required .cooked till completely dry ..Remove and cool. Keep aside .
  2. In a large bowl add Flour ,wheat flour , Salt ,clarified butter, Ghee ,Milk ,and Sugar .Knead the dough with milk leave to rest for 1 hour
  3. Divide into 8 balls ,roll each ball in to a saucer size, spread thin layer of cooked mince filling .brush egg on the edges .cover with top rolled dough .seal the corner with egg . Now slightly roll it n brush shallow fry .
  4. Brush beaten egg while shallow frying .Cook on medium flame from both side till get slightly golden crispy.
  5. Serve with pickle or yougurt dip .
