Prawn 8 to 12 pcs

Tip. Cut all vegetable of same style and size

Serve with soya sauce ,chilli sauce,n vinegar with chopped green chilli  floating on it.

Special White Hot N Sour Soup : chicken stock with prawn n chicken cubes with vegetables N Chinese sauces.

Directions

  1. In a bowl marinate chicken n prawn with salt n black pepper and water .
  2. In a pan heat chicken stock (Chicken stock cube 1pc in 8 cup water ) .When it comes to boil add marinated chicken n prawn mixture . Cook for 10 mins .
  3. Then add salt,sugar,soya-sauce ,black pepper,bean sprout ,bean Curd ,carrot,vinegar,mushroom,Cabbage. cook for 2 minutes.
  4. When it comes to boil .add corn flour mixture( corn flour mix in 1/2 cup water) Then cook for more 5 min
  5. Then add one beaten egg with fork.stir spoon just after adding egg. And cook for 1min more .
  6. Serve hot.just before serving add green onion,green Chillies and coriander leaves. Or sprinkle on individual bowl
