Sheerkhurma ( vermicilli traditional dessert).Sheer Khurma is a famous festival vermicelli pudding .Sheerkhurma Is specially prepared by Muslims on Eid ul-Fitr and Eid al-Adha as a breakfast dessert.
This Sheerkhurma is the one best recipe of traditional authentic ingredients .Sheerkhurma Is served hot and cold as according to your choice .

Directions

  1. First soaked dry dates in water 1 cup for 4 to 6 hour or overnight .and then sliced thinly .Seperately boil almonds ,pistachios and Charoli for 3 minutes each of them .peel out their skins .now shallow fry Seperately in clarified butter for 1 minute .and grind almonds and pistachios roughly grind ( don't make powder ).
  2. In a large pan heat clarified butter (ghee /banaspati ) .when it get melt and get hot add broken vermicilli . Stir fry for 3 to 5 minutes till get slightly golden .
  3. Immediately add milk 6 cup and soaked sliced dry dates 3 pcs .cook for 10 to 15 minutes till milk get slightly thick .
  4. Now add sugar ,almonds ,pistachios ,Charoli n green cardamom powder . Cook for more 10 minutes on low to medium flame .
  5. At last add saffron and contiously stir for 2 to 3 minutes.and cook 5 minutes more .
  6. Now serve hot in a large bowl or its your choice you can serve individually in small cups with saucer .
