Pineapple Bread Pudding

Pineapple Bread Pudding Is a hot dessert with vanilla icecream .Pineapple Bread Pudding Is a combination of pineapple ,bread cubes ,milk and cream in fluffy butter sugar mixture .Pineapple Bread Pudding Is usually served in brunches and break fast .Pineapple Bread Pudding Is a complete dessert meal .

Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 150 degree C. Grease rectangular pan or pyrix dish .
  2. Beat soften butter and sugar till fluffy and creamy .
  3. Now add egg one by one in butter mixture and beat well after each addition.
  4. Add vanilla essence ( you can use pineapple essence also but 1/2 tsp ) Beat for 1 more minute.
  5. Now fold bread ( cut into 1 inch cube with corners ) /milk /pineapple ( roughly chopped ) and cream .
  6. Now beat for 1 minute on medium speed . Now just fold and transfer in baking dish .
  7. Sprinkle brown sugar on top . Bake for 40 to 45 minutes till it get done .
  8. Serve hot in breakfast ,brunches specially and as a hot dessert after dinner .
  9. Serve with vanilla icecream or whipped cream and drizzle caramelized sauce on top .
