Pakora Kadhi Is Traditional Pakistani dish .Pakora Kadhi Is cooked with yogurt n gram flour mix together with spices n top with fried pakora dumpling .in Pakora Kadhi the bhagaar enhance n rish the taste .Pakora Kadhi Is usually serve with Boiled rice .

  1. In a bowl add gram flour 3 tbsp ,salt 1.5 tsp ,red chilli powder 3/4 tsp ,turmeric powder 1 tsp and ginger garlic paste 1 tsp .mix with whisk and start adding water gradually 1 cup .Mix well with whisk to avoid lumps .
  2. Now pour this mixture in deep pan and add 7 cup water .mix with whisk . Now allow to cook on very low flame for 40 minutes .
  3. While cooking stir spoon occasionally n cook till get slightly thick creamy. less than half quantity remain back
  4. Pakora: On other side dilute remaining gram flour salt 1/2 tsp ,red chilli powder 1/4 tsp n baking powder in water 1/4 cup or less to have thick paste for pakora.allow to rest for 15 minutes.
  5. Now deep fry them by dropping 1 tsp heaped batter in oil .fry till get light golden from both side
  6. Now take out on kitchen napkin to absorb excess down for 5 minutes .
  7. Now add fried pakora in kadhi and Now cover the lid of pan n cook on very low stove for 10 minutes . So pakora get soft n dip in kadhi. Tip : to make it more sour add 1 pinch lemon salt
  8. Bhagaar: Heat oil 3/4cup ,add button red chilli ,cumin n curry leaves saute for 30 seconds .pour on top of pakora kadhi .
  9. Garnish with corainder leaves and sprinkle all spice powder .now slightly stir spoon once to mix bhagaar.
  10. Serve with boiled rice .
