Mexican Chicken Curry

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, and add garlic chopped stir fry till light golden .add Julien chicken. Fry for 5 minutes.
  2. Add salt and crushed black pepper ,chilli garlic sauce n honey .mix well cook for 1 minute.
  3. Then add sliced onion, baby corn and capsicum ( Jullien cut ) Lastly add tomato ( Jullien cut ) Toss it .serve hot
  4. Serve with fried rice or dinner bun .
