Soft Reshmi Meat balls with BBQ Smoke with ur favourite dip.

  1. In a bowl marinate chicken mince with all the given ingredients n chopperized twice in electric chopper for smooth result.
  2. Now allow to marinate for 2 hours.
  3. Grease ur hand with oil to give ball shape .now take wooden skewers n insert 3 to 4 balls in each skewer.
  4. Heat oil for shallow frying in pan . Fry 3 to 4 mins from each side till get tender n slightly brown .
  5. Now give charcoal smoke for BBQ flavour. It will in hence the taste .
  6. Serve hot with onion ring n any dip .
