  1. First Cut chicken breast boneless in 1 inch cube size .
  2. Now marinate with ginger garlic paste ,salt ,fried brown onion chopped n a pinch of orange colour for 20 minutes .
  3. For paste : grind together desicated coconut ,cashew nut and almonds into thick paste .add 1 or 2 tbsp water if required while grinding
  4. Now heat pan add oil ,sprinkle whole spices and just toss for few seconds . Immediately add grinded paste .mix well ,saute for 2 minutes.
  5. Now add seasoning red chilli powder ,all spice powder (garam masala ),turmeric powder and sugar .mix well .
  6. Now add marinated chicken .stir fry for 10 minutes till oil comes on top.
  7. Now add cream and cover and cook for 5 more minutes .
  8. Tip : For BBQ flavour give BBQ smoke . Garnish with green Chillies and chopped corainder leaves .
  9. Serve with puri or paratha .
