Directions

  1. In a blender add 1 ½ cup boiled chick pea ,1 tbsp crushed garlic, 1 tsp salt, ¼ cup lemon juice, 2 tbsp yogurt and 2 tbsp heaped tahina, blend to a fine paste.
  2. Pour in a bowl, sprinkle with olive oil as required, garnish with of ¼ tsp paprika and parsley.
