Focaccia Bread is a flat oven-baked Italian bread .in Fuchsia Bread recipe olives n mixed herbs with dough enhance its Italian taste .Fuchsia Bread Is served as sideline n Appetizer .

Directions

  1. In a bowl mix flour,yeast,sugar,salt,oil ,bread improver,milk powder,egg,and warm Luke milk . Make too soft dough. Add Luke warm water if required in dough to make soft . Bang the dow for 2 min on Ur working counter.
  2. Cover the dow in a airtight large box ( grease the airtight box with oil first ) .
  3. First proofing : Keep in a warm place n leave for 1 to 2 hrs to rise .
  4. After it rises, press down n divide dough into 2 parts. Then give a round shape ,n garnish with olives,mixed herbs,tomato cubes ,cheddar cheese .
  5. For second proofing: Place the bread in greased tray .n keep for 40 min in a warm place To rise again. Rising time depends on weather n working area temperature .
  6. After second rising . With very soft hands brush with egg on top .
  7. ake in 200 degree centigrade preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
