Directions

  1. Mince Curry :Heat oil 1/2 cup .add sliced onion 1 cup . Fry till it start getting light golden .
  2. Now add chopped tomato 1 cup ( 2 medium ). Add ginger garlic paste 1 tsp ,salt 1 tsp ,red chilli powder 1tsp ,turmeric powder 1/4 tsp,crushed red chilli 1/2 tsp . Mix well. Cover n cook on low stove till tomatoes get tender .
  3. Now add boneless mince coarsely ( beef / mutton / chicken chopped 2 cup (250 gm ). I prefer to use beef . Stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Then add water 2 cup n allow to cook on low stove till mince get tender ,water get dry. Stir fry till oil float on top.
  5. For egg plant curry :In a separate pan .heat 1/2 cup oil . Add sliced 1 cup onion.fry till it starting getting light golden .
  6. Add chopped tomato 1 cup,ginger garlic paste 1tsp ,salt 1 tsp ,red chilli powder 1 tsp ,turmeric 1/4 tsp ,crushed red chilli 1/2 tsp .stir fry for few seconds .
  7. Now add peeled n sliced egg plant . Mix it .cover n cook on low stove till get egg plant get tender .mix with spoon to completely mash them .
  8. Now finally add cooked mince curry ( keema )in egg plant curry ( Bengan ka bhurta ).mix well .add 1 tsp lemon juice .cover n cooked on medium flame for 3 to 5 minutes .
  9. add all spice powder 1/4 to 1/2 tsp according to ur spice level .
  10. Garnish with green Chillies ,ginger n mint leaves.
  11. Serve with roti n chapatti.
