Directions

  1. Marinate chicken fillet with salt n pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. BATTER: In a bowl mix cornflour,egg white,water n flour . Make a thick batter.
  3. Heat oil for deer fry . Dip marinated chicken in batter n fry till light golden n crispy
  4. Serve hot with frenchfries n coleslaw n tarter sauce / ketchup.
