Directions

  1. Marinate chicken boneless cube with salt n pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. BATTER: In a bowl mix cornflour,egg white,water n flour . Make a thick batter.
  3. Heat oil for shallow fry . Dip marinated chicken in batter n fry till light golden n crispy .
  4. SAUCE :Heat oil add crushed garlic n ginger .just sauté for 1 minutes.get light golden .now add sriracha sauce ,chilli sauce ,honey ,soya sauce salt, black pepper and vinegar . Mix well
  5. Now add tomato , capsicum ,onion ,pineapple n green chilli cubes n fish fried cubes in sauce ,mix well
  6. Add chicken stock n cornflour dissolve in 2 tbsp water .cook for 1 minutes .Serve fresh n hot on sizzling dish .Serve with noodles or fried rice .
