Carrot cubes

Green Onion ( finely chopped)
250 gram
Boiled rice
1 Tbsp
Garlic crushed
1 Tsp
Salt
1/2 Tsp
Black Pepper powder
2 Tbsp

Directions

  1. Heat oil and fry garlic crushed for 1 minute.
  2. Now add beaten eggs n cook for 1 min Now add green onion and carrot cubes n boiled rice and mix it nicely.
  3. Then put salt, black pepper and soya sauce, toast it nicely Serve hot .
