Old fashion Chickpea Chaat is most common dish in every home .For beginners Learn how to make perfect Chickpea Chaat in one go.Chickpea Chaat with boiled potato and chopped salad with thick tamarind pulp gave a mouth watering taste .Chickpea Chaat Garnish with corainder chopped leaves enhance it taste with presentation.

  1. For chick pea boiled : Soak them over night with 1/2 tsp baking soda .wash and drain. Boil with salt 1 tsp till get completely tender. Tip:In pressure cooker it will take 10 minutes to boil. In normal pan it will take 40 to 60 minutes to boil .cover with lid n cook on low flame .
  2. Peeled potato n cut into cube .boil in water with pinch of salt .drain excess water .
  3. In a large bowl add boiled chickpea ,potato ,tamarind pulp and all remaing ingredients and seasoning.Toss well
  4. Garnish with corainder leaves .serve with crispy cracker ( papri )
