Learn how to make Chicken Mirch Masala with home spices .Chicken Mirch Masla Is a combination of chicken and capsicum with tomato and onion paste with a combination of spices .Chicken Mirch Masla is a traditional dish of Asian countries .Chicken Mirch Masla Is served with butter or garlic naan .
Directions
- Heat oil add sliced onion .fry till light golden .
- Add chicken 1 kg (cut in 12 pieces ) and ginger garlic paste .stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes .
- Now add seasoning salt ,red chilli powder , turmeric powder ,crushed cumin ,corainder and black pepper . Mix well
- Add tomato and stir fry on medium flame for 2 minutes and then cover n cook on low flame for 10 minutes
- When tomatoes get tender and water dry completely .add capsicum and stir fry for 1 minute .
- Now add 1/2 cup water and allow chicken to get tender completely and oil floating on top .
- At last add all spice powder ,ginger ,green Chillies and corainder leaves .
- Serve hot with butter naan or garlic naan .
