  1. Heat oil add sliced onion .fry till light golden .
  2. Add chicken 1 kg (cut in 12 pieces ) and ginger garlic paste .stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes .
  3. Now add seasoning salt ,red chilli powder , turmeric powder ,crushed cumin ,corainder and black pepper . Mix well
  4. Add tomato and stir fry on medium flame for 2 minutes and then cover n cook on low flame for 10 minutes
  5. When tomatoes get tender and water dry completely .add capsicum and stir fry for 1 minute .
  6. Now add 1/2 cup water and allow chicken to get tender completely and oil floating on top .
  7. At last add all spice powder ,ginger ,green Chillies and corainder leaves .
  8. Serve hot with butter naan or garlic naan .
