Chicken Ceasor Salad Is a Italian salad .Chicken Ceasor Salad Serve with chicken strips with lots of ice berg .To add colour tomato n black olives are mixed in Chicken Ceasor Salad .Special dressing is toss in Chicken Ceasor Salad before serving .

  1. Method for dressing: In a blender blend together 1 tsp garlic paste, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 3 tbsp oil, 1 tsp mustard paste, ½ tsp Wooster sauce, 1 boiled egg yolk till smooth.
  2. Method for chicken: Marinate 1 chicken breast with ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper, ¼ tsp mustard, 1 tbsp vinegar mix together ½ beaten egg and 1 tbsp milk for 15 min.
  3. Coat chicken breast in half beaten egg ,then spread in crumbs, deep fry in frying pan till crisp, cut into Julien strips or chunks shape .
  4. To serve In a salad bowl spread 2 cups chopped lettuce, 6 to 8 olives, 1 tomato made into cubes, caesar dressing, topped with fried chicken and chopped parsley.
