Directions

  1. Method for dressing: In a blender blend together 1 tsp garlic paste, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 3 tbsp oil, 1 tsp mustard paste, ½ tsp Wooster sauce, 1 boiled egg yolk till smooth.
  2. for chicken: Marinate 1 chicken breast with ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper, ¼ tsp mustard, 1 tbsp vinegar mix together ½ beaten egg and 1 tbsp milk for 15 min.
  3. Coat chicken breast in half beaten egg ,then spread in crumbs, deep fry in frying pan till crisp, cut into Julien strips.
  4. In a bowl spread 2 cups chopped lettuce, 6 to 8 olives, 1 tomato made into cubes, caesar dressing, topped with fried chicken and chopped parsley
  5. Now filled this mixture 3 to 4 tbsp in each warp n fold it. Grilled it or serve direct .fold in butter paper.
