Directions

  1. First grind the boiled chick-pea in a mixer.
  2. Filling : In a bowl add chick-pea paste ,salt ,black pepper ,mayonnaise ,cream cheese ,chopped onion n dill chopped . Mix well .
  3. Toast bread slices . Put lettuce leave on bread slices . Then spread filling mixture . Then spread pickled cucumber ,tomato n cucumber slices . ( for extra spice use jalapeño Chillies .
  4. Cover with top toast slice . Serve with French Fries.
