Cheesy Garlic Bun is great idea for Appetizer.Cheesy Garlic Bun give soft n cheesy taste with garlic n cheese.Cheesy Garlic Bun Soft from inside n melted cheese on top .

Directions

  1. In a bowl mix flour,instant yeast, oil( 2 tbsp ) ,salt and sugar . Add required lukewarm water in bowl to make dough.( use water as much required .) Keep dough soft.
  2. Keep dough in bowl greased with 1 tbsp oil. Cover with cling n keep on warm place for 1 hr for First proofing (rises)
  3. Preheat oven at 180 degree c. Then remove cling after one hour when it rises double. Punch down ( press with hands )
  4. Now roll the dough in rectangular shape almost 1/8 inch thick. In a bowl mix both cheese ,garlic n crushed red chilli . Sprinkle Cheese mixture on roll dough .now fold the dough in spiral .
  5. Now cut Fold dough into 10 to 12 pieces .
  6. Now arrange in greased pan having little distance in between each spiral ( as it will rise n stick to each other while baking ..allow to rest at warm place for 20 minutes
  7. Garnish with 2 tbsp cheese mixture on top.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes on 180 degrees C. Till cheese melt ..
