Cheesecake With crumbly graham cracker crust and silky cream cheese filling make it mouth melting .Cheesecake Recipe Consist of gelatine to allow to set in pan .Cheesecake Is served with different fruit pie filling.

Directions

  1. Take a loose bottom 9 inches cake pan. Grease the pan with butter . Curd cheese : Hang the yogurt 2 cup /1/2 kg in a cloth for 4 to 5 hrs (to remove excess water ).
  2. First crush the digestive biscuits to coarse crumbs. ( put digestive biscuit in a plastic food bag and crush to crumbs using a rolling pin). ( don't make smooth powder crumbs )
  3. Now mix melted butter in digestive biscuit crumbs . Mix well . Spread this mixture evenly at base of cake pan with hand ( press it tightly with hand n make it smooth )
  4. Bake at 160 degree C for 10 to 12 minutes bake it and take it out and keep it on a side. ( to cool down ) .
  5. For filling : In a separate bowl add cream cheese 1-1/2 cup ( 1 medium bottle),curd cheese , condense milk . 1 tin ( 1-1/2 cup) (375 gm) , Beat with beater for 2 mins .
  6. Then add gelatine syrup in cream cheese mixture Beat for 1 min Gelatine mixture: Soak the gelatine in 1/4 cup water for 10 mins . Then heat just for 30 seconds. ( don't cook so much as bubble come on surface while heating )
  7. Then add lemon juice n beat for 1 min more .
  8. In a separate bowl beat 2 to 3 minutes chilled cream . At last fold whipped cream . Fold carefully with spatula .
  9. Now pour this filling on bake biscuit layer . Allow it to cool in freezer for 1 hr.
  10. Now take out . Remove loose bottom pan . Decorate with whipped cream . Spread blueberry filling in centre. ( as shown in picture )
  11. ow all it too cool in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours . Serve chilled. Cut in slices
  12. Cream cheese cake can served with different fruit pie filling .
