As for vegetarian lover a new creation of Boondi bhujiya Recipe .Boondi bhujiya Is a Indian Cusine .Boondi is a small balls of gram flour paste deep fried .In Boondi bhujiya recipe Boondi is toss with onion and yogurt paste cook together with spices .fenugreek chopped leave are added to enhance Boondi bhujiya Taste .

Directions

  1. Heat oil .add Onion paste ,cook till water dry completely .add ginger garlic paste and stir fry for a minute.
  2. Now add all seasoning with yogurt.cook on medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes till oil comes at top.
  3. Now add chopped fenugreek leaves and bondi .mix well and cover and just cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Garnish with corainder leaves.
  5. Serve with chapatti bread.
