Parsley finely chopped

Black Pepper crushed
1/2 Tsp
Mustard powder
1/2 Tsp
Salt
1 Tbsp

Mushroom Sliced
1/2 cup
Cheddar Cheese Grated
1/2 Kg
Cauliflower
1 cup
Water
4 Tbsp
Plain flour
1 cup
Milk
2 Tbsp

Directions

  1. Cut n separate each small cauliflower . Then just blanched ( boil ) in hot water for 2 to 3 minutes . Till get half boil .
  2. White sauce : In a separate sauce pan heat butter ,add flour mix well. Remove from heat add water n milk .mix well Now cook on low flame . Stir with whisk continuously to avoid lumps . Add salt ,black pepper n mustard powder. Cook till get slightly thick .
  3. Add boiled cauliflower n mushroom slices in white sauce . Remove from heat.
  4. Greased Pyrex dish .pour white sauce mixture . Sprinkle grated cheese .
  5. Pour beaten egg on top. Brush 1 tbsp melted butter on top. Sprinkle chopped parsley . Bake for 20 min for 180 degrees. Till get slightly golden on top
  6. Serve hot with garlic bread.
