Method for Showarma Sauce:
In bowl mix together 2 tbsp tahini, ½ cup whipped yogurt, ½ tsp garlic paste, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp white pepper, 1 tbsp lemon juice .
Marinate chicken juliennes with 1 tsp garlic paste, ½ tsp white pepper, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp white vinegar, ½ tsp salt, a pinch of cinnamon powder, 1 tbsp HP sauce, 2 tbsp chilli sauce, 1 tbsp DP sauce and 2 tbsp yogurt for 2 hrs .
Heat 2 tbsp oil in fry pan, fry chicken for 10 minutes till tender,
heat pita bread or hotdog bun, spread with shawarma sauce, 1 onion cut into juliennes, 2 chopped Jalapeño pepper, 2 sliced pickled cucumbers, salad leaves and cooked chicken. Wrap shawarma in butter paper, serve hot immediately.
Serve with pickle salad ,coleslaw ,French fries n shawarma sauce .
